Paper Bag Art Portfolio
I teach art grade twice a week for an hour. I have six kids in each class. Nosotros work in my living room. The classes are small and completely perfect. At the end of each vi-week session, I put each child's work into a paper bag portfolio. I like to think that I invented these, but I'k wise enough to know in that location is no such thing as a new idea. Information technology's just that I accept a meg brown newspaper bags and e'er need a quick fashion for the kids to carry their work dwelling house. Necessity is the mother of invention, right?

The supply list is brusque:
~ brown paper grocery bag
~ scissors
~ masking tape
~ alphabet rubber stamps if you have them
How to make them:
~ cutting down the side, in the eye
~ cut off the bottom
~ tape the two pieces together, both on the within and outside
At present only fill with artwork! My friend Meri Cherry used my thought (we fine art teachers share ideas) and fabricated her own version, taping the sides as well so it'southward more than of a pocket. Very smart!
Sometimes we paint and decorate them. But ordinarily I'm making them in a rush on the last day 🙂
One fine art-course mom loves these so much she now makes a portfolio every few months and stacks them on a shelf filled with art, labeling the outside with the date and age. How's that for organized!
Lesser line…these are peachy. Make 1 (or 20)!
